If your garment needs anything out of the ordinary (specialty fabric, structural changes, heavily damaged pieces, etc.), Karla will follow up directly if additional charges apply — you won't be charged more without hearing from her first.

Payment policy

Standard hemming, resizing, and repairs are paid in full at booking. For custom-quoted work, a 30–50% deposit is collected once a quote is accepted, covering materials and scheduling. The remaining balance is due at pickup.
